HOLIDAYS are OVER!! exam mania is ticking and there are only 9 weeks left.. gosh.. time really flies.. so fast sem 3 is ending.. another year of imu(if i pass sem 3) and i'll be off to wherever God has planned for me... hopefully its somewhere without hurricane, without war, without flood (adelaide got flooded today.. sigh now i am wondering whether adelaide is my choice), without er whatever that is not pleasant..
but anyway, despite the back-to-reality-mood, last week was an awesome week for me.. went to bangkok as soon as hols started, back on wed, and thurs went for church camp and came back last sun... wow.. practically occupied the entire season.. but it was really fitted nicely by God.. initially, i couldnt attend camp coz parents already booked for a trip to shanghai... wanted to go so much, but cant turn my parents down, as this hols was kinda important for all of us, to spend some time together... but then the dumb agent forgot to book our tickets.. so i saw doors opened for me to go for church camp, and got myself a place... after that, somehow sis agreed to go to bangkok and dad managed to arrange the trip in such a way that i will be back the day before camp.. wow.. great isnt it...
so, in bangkok what did i do.. i visit many many temples... (3 actually).. and this lady told us that this buddha statue is made out of pure gold. and it weighs 5.5tonnes.. i was like.. wow.. no one ever stolen it ker? its like.. GOLD... heheheh.. then the tour guide mentioned that guys in thailand have to be a monk once they reach certain age... or else their parents will be put into jail.. scary shit man.. i was like, thank God.. no way i am gonna get myself bald man.. seriously out of the question.. lol.. unless i look really good without hair, then i might consider.... then i visited the floating market, the snake farm(snakes there are really scary... not to mention they are left openly.. at one moment, i jumped up as the snake was headin towards the audiences.... i touched the cobra and it feels weird.. yucks.. i hate snakes...) and went alot of bazaars to shop.. good shopping. super duper cheap.. i told nana ch and sc that i bought a tie for 2bucks.. lol.. then i makan like super lots of food.. went for cruise dinner... sharkfin birdnest tomyam seafood steamboat.. and all also super cheap.. trust me.. not lying... met this holland family during the trip.. traffic in bangkok was horrendous.. and yah.. cun chicks(hopefully they are real ones, although i saw the scary half-shim-whatever-you-call-them around)..
but the ultimate best thing that happened during hols was church camp.. june you so miss it... it was in PD and we stayed in townhouses.. and the theme was "the contender".. we were all divided into groups of 10(each with students, working adults and family) and my group got to stay in the penthouse.. its interesting to get to know my own spiritual family, and managed to share alot of stuff, experience with one another... we had a pastor all the way from hawaii and every day, he left a message which really nail it hard into you.. overall, the camp was very anointing... and many times i had personal encounter with God.. and God spoke to me about my experience.. He finally gimme a clear cut answer of my BGR experience.. that is, the reason why it didnt work out bcoz i am stil lack of commitment.. and God wants me to resolve to one.. and many many more stuff.. like God reaffirming my path with Him, continue to trust in Him despite whatever happens..

and durin this 9weeks, for my revision for my finals, i'm not gonna do it with my own strength, instead i;m gonna rely it all to God, trusting Him to bring things right, according to His will.. and i took alot of pics of my shadows.. its kinda cool.. i think we should try it when we all gather together... we went to the road, and took pics below the lamp post.. ;-) its funny..
but saddest thing that i missed during this hols... FOOD.. deepavali muruku and my rendang.. gosh.. bugging nana today to have open hse so i can go over for rendang and lemang.. yummy ummy.. my fav.. its kinda weird, i nvr crave for cny food, maybe bcoz i am sick of it.. but cant be, coz its also once a year.. but deepavali and raya food is yummmy yummy...
well grace, quick come back, and we can hang out together.. go makan... and talk talk talk.. lots to catch up.. and ya, tim tams.. hehee.. june hows your back? is it better now? and i heard notts games is this weekend... have fun guys.. my friends will be there too.. nigel and jiawen.. wonder if you guys will get to know each other.. lol...
anyway, i guess i better go to bed now.. eyes barely open.. oh yah, dunno what happen to ch today, super duper lame... painful for both nana and i.. we gotta tolerate it.. and as usual, auntie ponteng.. lol... going for planet shakers concert tmrw.. the main band came down to kl... well, take care ppl.. and God bless!
