hey peeps!

yeah, since the debate is going on, i should brief u all on what im doing here.
basically, i am in this stop aids campagining society, and we have planned a week's of events on uni. i have to say that its really very condom focused, besides raising awareness and everything. i totally understand where wen hao is coming from, and in an ideal situation thats how it should be. we should not be even promoting premarital sex. but, our culture now says otherwise. its so rampant already, isn it better to make sure that HIV doesn go spreading, instead of trying to brainwash everyone not to have sex? of course that should be the long term initiative, but direct impactful results, practically, really, at least in a ang moh culture, is to give out condoms. people are having sex left right center. last year in my hall,the guys floor corridor is full of sex noises coming from one room. its disgusting. but even your own neighbor is having sex and describing the entire experience to you. and really, ppl nowadays are gonna say its their right to do what they want with their bodies. i guess as anti-premarital sex ppl, we can only advice them. as much as i want to believe that we can really campaign to tell ppl NOT TO HAVE SEX, the main concern here is AIDS. and perhaps smt with the most instant results will be safe sex.
maybe in msia in wont be a good idea, but not in UK. if u dont give out, ppl just dont use it, or buy a cheap one. pls loh, girls here also ask for it. go to clubs to find one night stands. guys dont even need to pull girls, girls offer themselves on auto mode. its disgusting and sleezy. last year i went to this club at leceister sq and i had to run away fr 4 guys withtin an hr. it was such an uncomfortable feeling...nowadays i dont even go anymore. and i wont go anymore if it isn a student event.
besides condoms, we are having NGO speakers and ppl who are involved in this aids stuff for many years to speak to students. and we have video screenings and free testing for hiv etcetc. quite cool. im really passionate bout this cause.

oh, its also the christain union's mission week this week, so they are having quite cool talks about christianity. one of it is ' how can a loving God allow suffering' and another one is ' how can i be so sure that i will go to heaven'. its cool.

anyway, im acting in some skit for ocf chrismtas outreach party...i cant believe im acting and singing in the choir. oh , and wh, my ocf retreat was really really good. the speaker was angmoh, who lived in indonesia for 10 yrs, and prob another 10 yrs in spore, and he is good frens with francis yeo !! how cool is that. his stories are super supre interesting. i will tell u some when i get back home. haha.

anyway, ive been cooking quite a lot lately, and i din know i could even bake a cheesecake, altho it tasted like vanilla ice cream. hahaah.

im still kinda pissed off that i cant play any tennis tournaments this term cuz of my back. my first physio seesion is next tues...how pathetic is the NHS, after like 2 mth only contact me. either i would have recovered or ....
